The Law on the Market of Secutities and Other Financial Instruments establishes that the basic exchange regulations are the following:
1) Articles of Association
2) Rules of Business Operation
3) Tariff Regulations
4) Rules on Listing and Quotation and other general rules and regulations
and that the Stock Exchange is obliged to obtain prior approval from the Securities Commission on modifications of the Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Rules of Business Operation, Rules on Listing and Quotation and Tariff Regulations.
The Exchange Memorandum of Association authorizes the Exchange bodies to pass the said rules and the Exchange Assembly is authorized to pass the Exchange Memorandum of Association, while passing of other general rules and regulations of the Exchange fall within the competence of the Exchange Board of Directors.
