Sponsorship packages of the 13th International Conference of the Belgrade SE offer the status of the Main Sponsor of the Panel Conference, Main Sponsor of the Investor Conference, Sponsor, "Social Event" Sponsor and Media Friends of the Conference.

Sponsorship Packages

Main Sponsor of the Panel Conference or Main Sponsor of the Investor Conference

EUR 2,500 (VAT included)

• The name of the Main Sponsor on a visible spot, below the name and the logo of the General Sponsor
  • In the Conference material
  • In media appearances of the Receiver of Sponsorship, as part of the preparation and execution of the Conference
  • On the Conference proceedings
  • On the BELEX Conference webpage
  • Invitation mailings, minimum three mailings, each one sent to a targeted list of 500 potential participants from industry, institutions, governments, trade associations, etc.
  • Panelists CVs
  • In the opening and closing word, special gratitude for sponsorship shall be expressed
• Branding at the event (rolling Belgrade SE power-point presentation with the Main Sponsor logo during breaks) and at post-event communication activities
• Complete mailing lists of all Panel Conference attendees in electronic format – (Microsoft Excel file) will be sent directly to each sponsoring firm
• Linked URL of the Main Sponsor will have the potential of being viewed by an average of thousands users per month
• Distribution of the Main Sponsor’s printed materials in the Conference Package
• Hosting of a special presentation – up to 15 minutes (should be confirmed until October 15th 2014)
• Single exhibition booth (1m*1m) at the Conference
• 3 participants, delegated by the Main Sponsor, are exempt from paying the participation fee
• 3 free passes for the VIP party
• 2 annual subscriptions for BELEX.info service.

• Distribution of the Social Event Sponsor’s printed materials in the Conference Package
• Branding during sponsored social event
• 1 participant, delegated by the Social Event Sponsor, is exempt from paying the participation fee
• Linked URL of the Social Event Sponsor will have the potential of being viewed by an average of thousands users per month.
