Tariff Regulations

The Tariff Regulations of the Exchange determine compensations and fees on the basis of transactions concluded on the Exchange and other Exchange services. Compensations and fees are expressed in net amounts and the Exchange, in accordance with legal regulations, calculates taxes based on the calculated fees and compensations.

The Tariff Regulations are passed by the Supervisory Board of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

In accordance with the Law, the Tariff Regulations and their changes and amendments are subject to approval of the Securities Commission. Upon approval by the Securities Commission, modifications and amendments to the Tariff Regulations are published on the Exchange internet page.
