26.11.2025.Press Release of the Belgrade Stock Exchange
On Monday, November 24, 2025, trading was conducted for the first time on the Belgrade Stock Exchange using the new trading system and trading platform OASIS of the Athens Exchange Group, in accordance with the technical and business cooperation agreement between the Belgrade Stock Exchange and the Athens Exchange Group.
This exceptionally important step represents the culmination of many years of cooperation between the two stock exchanges, which, in addition to business integration, has now expanded to the technological aspects of market operations.
Although in this phase the use of the OASIS platform is fully aligned with the domestic investment and regulatory framework, access to a modern and technologically advanced trading system provides a foundation for further integration of the domestic capital market with regional and European markets.
The migration to the OASIS platform allows the Belgrade Stock Exchange to further improve trading efficiency, increase market transparency, and enable the development of new products and services in the next stages of the project.
This integration is also part of a broader capital market development plan that the Belgrade Stock Exchange is implementing in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and international partners such as the World Bank. With the introduction of MiFID II rules and the modernization of infrastructure, the Serbian market will become part of the European financial area, thereby creating the opportunity to attract capital that has not been accessible until now.
