Vladimir Vučković

Associate Professor at the Faculty of International Economics at the Megatrend University in Belgrade, where he teaches a group of courses in finance and international economics. He got his bachelors, masters and PhD in Economics from University of Belgrade. Author of more than 70 papers and co-author of a textbook. He was a member of the editorial board of Monthly analysis and prognosis and Quarterly monitor and Macroeconomic analysis and trends. Since January 2011 he is chief editor of Macroeconomic Analysis and Trends (MAT). Vladimir Vučković is associate member of the Scientific Society of Economists. He participated in numerous projects and researches, supported by the federal government, the Serbian government, republican ministries, the National Bank of Serbia, the European Agency for Reconstruction and other national and international organizations. He was an economic advisor to the Policy and legal advice center, the EU project under the European Agency for Reconstruction in Serbia.

Aleksandar Stevanovic is advisor of Minister of Economy, President of SA SME and works as an economic consultant for last 9 years. He is one of the most prominent promoter of liberal values in Serbia, and gives strong support to Serbian integration in EU and other transatlantic organizations. He advocates interests of SME community in Serbia and strongly support institution building and establishing of functional market economy under the rule of law and minimal influence of government. Mr. Stevanovic also have been working as the senior project manager, and fund raiser in numerous projects since its establishment responsible for contracting, tendering, financial issues and general management of projects. With background in economics, and two MAs in Transition and Reconstruction and Political Theory and Democratic Practices, Mr. Stevanovic is the author of a number of studies, programs, academic papers and publications. He has worked with clients such as Union of Employers of Serbia, Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, USAID, ILO, NALED, EC-CBC, Fond for Open Society, HELP, GTZ, SCTM, Fridrih Nauman Stiftung, ELDR, Save the Children etc. Mr. Stevanovic is very active in electronic and printed media in Serbia with his blogs, comments, analyses, interviews etc. being broadcasted and published in all leading media in Serbia and Region.

She previously worked for KBC Securities as Head of Equity research for Balkans and analyst for CEE financial sector. A member of Association of financial analysts (UFAS) from 2010. She was a columnist of Bankar magazine from 2006 to 2011.

Founded InterCapital at the end of 2001. Previously, he spent two years with Privredna Banka Zagreb d.d. (PBZ), as a Head of Trading operations within the Treasury Department, after spending the previous year as a Deputy Head of the Debt Capital Markets Division. Prior to that, Daniel worked as Head of Debt Trading at CAIB, an investment arm of Bank of Austria in Zagreb. During his career in PBZ, he actively participated in the development of the bank’s treasury division and significantly contributed to transforming Treasury of PBZ into one of the leading bank treasuries in the country. He organized the first commercial paper program in Croatia and engaged in numerous international and local bond issues of the Republic of Croatia, CBRD and DAB. Within Intercapital, he was responsible for the development of brokerage and asset management business as well as investment banking operations. With a particular commitment to the development of domestic soveign and corporate debt market, Intercapital is providing liquidity and makes markets in a range of Government issues almost since its inception. He graduated from Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb and completed numerous courses in financial markets and instruments.

Also, I was team leader in several privatizations in Serbia for both domestic and foreign clients: Philipp Morris, Henkel, Holcim, Carlsberg, Tarkett Sommer, Interbrew, Actavis, etc. Since 2007, as KBC Securities member, I managed the ex-Yu operations and continue to to run the company as Chairman after the Buy-Out of Serbian unit of KBC Securities in 2011, when the company’s name has been changed into Wise Broker Belgrade.

Nikola Altiparmakov is a macroeconomist specialized in the field of public finance. He has studied at internationally renowned universities, including University of California at Berkeley, and University of Toronto. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Economics, Cum Laude, and a Master degree in Economics, with specialization in macroeconomics. Nikola has been working in the Serbian public finance sector since 2003. He has started his professional career as a Debt Analyst within the Serbian Treasury, advancing to the position of Macro-Fiscal Consultant within the Ministry of Finance. During the 2005 to 2007 period, Nikola served as the Economic Adviser within the Serbian Tax Administration, monitoring the introduction of Value Added Taxation and exploring feasible approaches to reforming the Personal Income Tax. Nikola spent the following two years working as a Senior Economist on the pension reform project, analyzing the possibilities for establishing fiscally sustainable and socially adequate pension system in Serbia. During the 2008 to 2010 period, Mr. Altiparmakov served as a Fiscal Policy Advisor on the Serbian Economic Growth Project, analyzing the long-term sustainability of public finances in Serbia. Nikola has published a number of a research articles in leading domestic and international journals covering public finance issues.

Graduated in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb and gained the Executive MBA degree from the International Executive Development Center Bled (Slovenia). She also holds the investment advisor license. She gained wide professional experience working for leading Croatian companies and financial institutions. She started her career in 1998 at Pliva Plc. where she served until 2003 as a Head of Capital Market Operations responsible for capital raising, issuance of CP’s, bonds, credit rating, hedging strategies of the Group, syndicated loans, financing of acquisitions, treasury centers etc. Since 2003 till 2005 she worked at Lura Plc. as a Head of strategic financing project with EBRD and DEG and the assistant to CEO. In 2005 Ivana joined Société Générale - Splitska Bank Plc. till where she worked as a Deputy Head of Corporate Department and a Head of Structure Finance Department. In January 2007 she continued her career in Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank Plc. taking the position of Executive Director in the Investment Banking Unit responsible for financial markets, private banking, corporate finance, asset management and investment funds. Since May 2010 Ivana is the President of the Management Board of Zagreb Stock Exchange. She is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Metal Industry Varaždin Plc. and Central Depository and Clearing Company Plc. Over the years she improved her knowledge through various professional seminars on banking and capital markets. She was a speaker, lecturer and participant in numerous conferences and professional gatherings on the subject of banking, finance and capital markets.

Markus Kaller joined Erste Group in 2001 where he is now heading the retail sales team in Austria. He is responsible for the sales of a broad retail product range containing bonds, equity, funds, certificates, commodities, money market products and foreign exchange. The whole sales process reaches from product creation, via marketing to effective sales service. His focus is on retail clients. Previously he was in the equity capital markets team and involved in various equity transactions of large national and international companies. Before joining Erste Group he worked for Oesterreichische Volksbanken AG in the field of structured investments for retail and institutional clients. Previously he was part of the private equity team of Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien. Markus brings in over 15 years of experience in various fields of banking and has a sound product know how. He holds a law degree of University of Vienna and is board member of Zertifikate Forum Austria, a joint organization of issuers of structured products in Austria.

Stefan Neubauer graduated from University of Economics and Business Administration 2007. He joined the structured products department of RCB in 2006 and is heading the Structured products CEE sales team since 2013. The regional coverage comprises 8 countries throughout the CEE and CIS region. Main Responsibilities are Sales to & Acquisition of CEE institutional clients offering investment solutions for institutions as well as for retail clients. The product focus is set on derivatives and structured products based on equities, commodities and hybrids (OTC or exchange traded) RCB has started with first CEE stock exchange listings of certificates in 2006, currently including Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Bucharest.
