Conference Sponsorship

Sponsorship packages of the 16th Conference of the Belgrade SE offer the status of the Gold Sponsor, Silver Sponsor, Sponsor, "Social Event" Sponsor, Media Friend and Friend of the Conference.

With each of the selected sponsorship option, parties can agree on sponsor’s participation in the program of the Panel Conference, which is subject to Belex’s prior approval of the content of the presentation and the speaker.

Sponsorship Packages

Gold Sponsor

4.500 EUR (VAT included)

Silver Sponsor benefits and/or:

• The name of the Gold Sponsor on a visible spot on the BELEX web page and on Conference lanyards
• Unsurpassed networking opportunities with senior executives on the Investors conference
• Single exhibition booth (2m*1m) at the Conference
• Promotional video at the beginning of the Conference and during the Coffee Breaks
• 5 participants, delegated by the Gold Sponsor, are exempt from paying the participation fee
• 5 free passes for the VIP party
• 3 annual subscriptions for BELEX.info service

Silver Sponsor

2.750 EUR (VAT included)

Sponsor benefits and/or:

• Distribution of the Silver Sponsor’s printed materials in the Conference Package
• Single exhibition booth (1m*1m) at the Conference
• Distribution of Silver Sponsor’s promotional materials when sending invitation mailings – up to 500kB
• 3 participants, delegated by the Silver Sponsor, are exempt from paying the participation fee
• 3 free passes for the VIP party
• 2 annual subscriptions for BELEX.info service

Sponsor

1.500 EUR (VAT included)

• The name of the Sponsor on a visible spot in Conference materials and on the Conference webpage
• Branding at the event - roll-up banner
• Complete mailing lists of all Panel Conference attendees in electronic format – will be sent directly to each sponsoring firm
• Distribution of the Sponsor’s printed materials on the Sponsors desk
• 2 participants, delegated by the Sponsor, exempt from paying the participation fee
• 2 free passes for the VIP party
• 1 annual subscription for BELEX.info service
• Participants registered for the Conference by the Sponsor have -50% discount on the Conference Fee, anytime

Participation in the Conference Program

Participation in the Conference Program shall be priced in following manner:

• 10 minutes presentation – selected sponsorship option + 300 EUR
• 30 minutes presentation – selected sponsorship option + 500 EUR
• Panel organization – selected sponsorship option + 1.000 EUR
