Disclosure obligations of public companies are governed by the Law on the Market of Securities and other Financial Instruments. In addition to the Law, they are regulated by the by-law of the Securities Commission: Rulebook on the contents and manner of public companies’ reporting and notification on possession of voting rights. Article 33. of the Rules of Business Operation of the Belgrade Stock Exchange regulates the deadlines for updating the Prospectus and the Contract on admission to the regulated market regulates the obligations of listed companies.
